Aio Generates 13 million Impressions During Twitter Party

Everyone loves a great party. At Aio, we’re no exception.
The social media team at Aio is always looking for fun, new ways to get to know our customers better. Since we recently changed our pricing plans to provide customers with even more value, we decided to throw a social media party to celebrate.
We figured keeping our comments to 140 characters would force us to be straight to the point. With that, we took to Twitter and sponsored a party so everyone could learn more about Aio’s new pricing plans. We teamed up with a national blogger to help spread the word and the response we received was amazing. In only one hour, we generated more than 13 million impressions of our hashtag #HelloAio and even trended nationally right above #RatchetJeopardy.
It was great to see so many people get energized about what saving money with Aio would mean to them. These weren’t pie in the sky dreams. They were tangible goals like saving for a date night, family vacation, or even a rainy day. We had so much fun connecting with attendees and learning what was really important to them when it comes to their wireless carrier.
As a result, we’ll have a chance to incorporate that feedback into our future plans. Our customers’ opinions matter. Events like this give us a front row view on how we’re doing as we move forward in the worry-less-wireless revolution.
Our whole social media team had such a blast engaging with our “guests” at the party, answering questions, and spreading the Aio love.
